Job description
Function title: Ph.D.Position for the study of dynamic protein complexes, Institute of Chemistry
The dynamics of protein interactions in the transient complexes of the photosynthetic proteins cytochrome f, cytochrome c6 and plastocyanin will be studied with NMR and molecular modelling. The project involves protein biochemistry, solution state protein NMR and extensive modelling of the dynamic complexes using molecular docking tools.
Requirements
Required education/skills:University Graduate
We seek a highly motivated and talent individual with a degree in biophysics or biochemistry, with proven affinity for computational work in structural biology. Experience with NMR or protein purification is an advantage.
