Research and training in fields of Organization Studies, Empirical Industrial organization, HRM, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Innovation, Applied Labor Economics.

Required education/skills:University Graduate
Having a MSc or MPhil with high grades in social sciences or business administration. Highly interested in academic research.

Conditions of employment
Maximum salary amount in Euro's a month 2558
Employment basis: Temporary for specified period
Duration of the contract: PhD students get contracts for three (MPhil graduates) or four (MSc graduates) y
Maximum hours per week: 38
Additional conditions of employment:
Your salary would be € 2.000,- gross per month in the first year up to € 2.558,- gross per month in the fourth year according to the PhD-student salary.
